Travertine is created by natural mineral springs which results in a honey-comb structure with visible surface pitting. In it`s natural state, the pits are filled when grouting the floor. Filled Travertine is also available, which is filled with resin at the point of origin. Travertine is fixed in the same way as Limestone.
